Bikeability and balance bike training

Build a skill for life with our cycle training programmes

Expert instructors deliver quality training to create safe, skilled and confident cyclists.

From improving heart health, boosting fitness and relieving stress to enhancing navigational skills and helping the planet, there’s so many benefits of bike riding. But we know cycling doesn’t come without challenge and risk.

Our Balance Bike Training and Bikeability Level 1 and 2 programmes develop cycling skills and confidence in children from a young age, helping them to stay safe and gain a passion for life.
